If you need to return your ticket, please fill in this application, and send it together with your ticket and receipt to support@zaryadye-park.ru.
Please note: when returning a ticket less than two hours before the visit time specified in it, you will receive 50% of its full cost.
After the start of the session, the refund is not possible.

The territory of the park is open around the clock.

The entry to Zaryadye Park is free and open to the public. Entry to the Time Machine and Soaring media complexes, the exhibition hall, and the Zaryadye Underground museum require tickets, which can be purchased at the information desk in the Media Center. Classes at the scientific and educational Nature Center require tickets as does the entry to the Florarium. Visitors can also reserve individual tours of the park at the Tourist Information Center.

Above everything else, walking in the park is a pleasant experience. Routes with panoramic views of Moscow’s historic center can be obtained in the Information Center. You can discover the ancient city and fly over contemporary Moscow in the Time Machine and Soaring media complexes. To find out more about the history and archeology of Zaryadye you can visit the exhibits at the Zaryadye Underground Museum. Adults and children can take part in educational programs and view our collection of thermophyte plants in the florarium that's located in the Nature Center. In the Ice Cave visitors can immerse themselves into the atmosphere of the Far North. Details on all the opportunities can be found here. There is a playground in the riverside woods near Moskvoretskaya Embankment. Children over 12 can visit the Time Machine media complex, children six years old and above are welsome in the Soaring сomplex. Zaryadye Underground Museum has computer games and quests about the history of Zaryadye.

Adults and children over 12 years old are allowed to visit media hall 360. The complex is not recommended for people with central nervous system and vestibular disorders. Visitors of Soaring media complex must be between 120 and 195 centimeters tall and weigh not more than 136 kg. Children and young adults of ages 6 and up are allowed entry only accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women, people under the influence of drugs or alcohol, those who suffer from heart disease, high blood pressure, back or neck pains, seasickness, vertigo, epilepsy, heightened sensitivity to smells or flashing lights, or claustrophobia are not permitted in the Soaring media complex.

Tickets to the Soaring media complex, media hall 360 and to the Underground Museum are sold in the Information Center. Information center employees will consult you on the schedules and prices. The information is also available at the information kiosks at the Media Center entrance.

Picnics in Zaryadye are allowed in the Medow and on the bench sites near the Mixed Forest. Takeaway food may be purchased at the Zaryadye Gastronomic Center. Building bonfires and smoking is prohibited everywhere in the park. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed only at the Voskhod restaurant.

Visitors can walk along the paved and gravel paths, along the meadow and under the Glass Crust. The remaining grass is still easy to damage and walking on it is not allowed. Next year when perennial grass is settled in and landscaping completed, the walking areas will be significantly expanded.

You are allowed to take unlimited photos and videos in the park for personal use. For any commercial, artistic use, for professional photography and video sessions we ask that you contact the press office in advance, sending all requests to press@zaryadye-park.ru.

Walking dogs and other pets is prohibited in the park. We want both adults and children to be able to sit on the grass in the summer, roll around in the leaves in autumn, and play in the snow in winter worry free. Detailed park rules can be found here.

If you lose any belongings in the park, please contact the information center. Found items can be claimed daily during regular working hours at the information center kiosks in the Media Center. You can also contact us at +7 (495) 531-05-04.

There are open and covered spaces for holding events in the park. Events must be approved by the park administration in advance.

Visitors in wheel chairs can easily travel around the park territory. All Zaryadye Park pavilions are equipped with wheelchair ramps. The park can be accessed from the underground car park on special lifts. All toilets are also equipped for visitors with limited mobility.
